So I have this idea, I am going to share what my son and I eat on a daily basis to give you all some meal ideas – I did join snapchat @livingwithcmpa for this purpose but I failed to remember to snap what we eat before we ate it – opps! I am now back on snapchat but I still forget to snap so I am hoping publishing it here on the blog for a few weeks you’ll get lots of meal ideas, I will try and include pictures but (1) my pictures aren’t all that great and (2) I always forget to take them !
I try and eat healthy because (1) I know it’s amazing for my body and (2) my body loves me when I do but I’m real and I’m not a super mum, I’m a crazy busy single mum with a very active three year old to look after plus working on this blog, Allergy Blog Awards UK and my Psychic Email Readings. So don’t expect all healthy recipes – in fact don’t really expect anything as we can get super random and spontaneous but here goes…
What We Ate Today – Day 48 – Soya, Wheat, Gluten & Dairy Free
Mini me & I = gluten free toast
Mini me & I = fruit
Mini me & I = Welsh Cawl (recipe from my 30 Day Meal Plan Recipe eBook)
Dinner (or tea if you’re from where I am)
Mini me & I = onion soup (recipe from my 30 Day Meal Plan Recipe eBook)
Mini me & I = biscuits
I hope this has given you some free from meal ideas,
Recently I have received a lot of questions on our Facebook page about the symptoms of cow’s milk protein allergy and I think it would be great if we can share our questions and support each other on this journey. I have created a group on Facebook so we all have somewhere we can discuss and support each other in regards to living with cow’s milk protein allergy. Please take the time to read the group description. It is a closed group so, only members can see and reply to posts.
