Slow Cooker Recipes Chicken Stew
Dairy Free, Soya Free, Wheat Free, Gluten Free and Egg Free Mexican Chicken Stew
Yesterday I wanted to try something new for my dinner. I am always a bit limited for time though, as most parents are. My slow cooker is my time saver, it enables me to have so many great meals which I don’t have the time to cook. This recipe is quite spicy so I didn’t share this meal with my son (he’s two years old) but my mum and I really enjoyed it. I had my chicken stew which nachos and rice as I couldn’t decide between the two. My mum preferred it with just rice but I enjoyed it with both. I got my nachos from Tesco, their own branded ones are dairy, soya and wheat free.
1 onion chopped
2 shallots chopped
800g can chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon chipolata paste
3 chicken breast cut into small pieces
1. Place all of the ingredients into your slow cooker and cook on high for 6 hours.
2. Serve with rice or wheat free nachos and enjoy!
